Fitness: BBG Month 3

The final week of BBG has been complete! I'm still fluctuating slightly due to my goal of sustaining but I'm down about 13-14lbs. I'm ready to move forward and try out BBG 2 for the first time. I don't have any particular goals yet since I'm not sure how my body will react to that program. 

Start 6/3/2018:
Weight: 132lbs
Bust: 36"
Waist: 29"
Butt: 37"
Stomach: 34"

Complete 9/23/2018:
Weight: 118-119lbs
Bust: 34"
Waist: 27"
Butt: 37"
Stomach: 30-31"

I also lost 2.5" from my thighs, 1" from my bicep and 1.5" from my underbust. 

This sports bra had a somewhat snug band. I wasn't able to adjust the front much to get the band in the back to be parallel. Any tight bands would squeeze and give me those inevitable rolls. This finally fit better after losing 2 inches from my bust.

Same dress - 2 months difference

This dress wasn't flattering because the material was so thin and clingy. Any bloat was highlighted, the belly button would pop through the material and the draping was bad. I was curious to see if there was any difference by the end of my program. It doesn't look too bad now but I still wouldn't recommend ordering from Boohoo lol.


I'm planning to continue doing everything that I can at home. I ordered a barbell from Walmart here (on sale!) since there are barbell squats and deadlifts. In the future, I'll also like to lift heavier so I'll do whatever I can safely at home.

I'll do monthly progress updates with hopefully better image quality. I'm still reorganizing my room and replacing a few things.
