Amazon Favorites

I've used Amazon so much this year to try out new products and stock up on favorites. I've spent so much time browsing other people's lists on there. Searching on your own can take too long to come across something decent so here I'm sharing my favorite buys!

There are good budget-friendly shears when you need a trim! It made touching up my bangs easy to do since it was so sharp.

I only bought this to destroy my legs with since I've been nonstop battling ingrown hairs. This towel actually makes a difference. It's really long so you can scrub your back with it as well. It's rough but perfect for exfoliation and lifting up hairs

A very tiny ceramic iron that I used to style my bangs with! I always took this with me if I were going to be away from home. There's no temperature control but it heats up well and fast.

This is amazing to use as a mask after you've bleached or damaged your hair. I wasn't able to make it work as a leave-in for my hair type. I used it as a rinse out conditioner. It's extremely heavy so if you have curly hair and need that kind of moisture, then this is for you.

This was my favorite product for my chapped lips. The only issue is that they don't make a smaller portable size. This product is huge! I've used this on my face as well for any dry patches.

This is my favorite brand for water bottles. I've gotten the 32oz for $18 and the 40oz for $21. Normally it's in the $25-$30 range. I've put ice in this bottle at midnight and woke up in the morning with very cold water. It has double wall insulation and does not sweat! It's handwash only.

I love to use these for work and school. I tend to write really fast and these pens are super smooth! I often stock up on these packs and the black ones.

Everyone needs an external battery for Pokemon Go! I use this for my iPhone 6s. It charges fast and while you play.
I've used these to store Japanese curry! These are great for freezing. I like using these containers since it's compact and you can stack to save room. I've seen similar containers that are taller and deeper but these are enough for me.
These were recommended to me. I immediately bought the 20 pack before trying one. I really love ramen and the spicy sold me. It's not super hot but still has more flavor than anything I've gotten from a store. I always added egg and green onions!

Halloween Nails ft. Maniology

I ordered from Maniology after getting inspired by Halloween nails on IG. I don't have any experience beyond regular painting. The vinyl decals are called Jack's friends and these can be used as nail art or stencils! I picked up a few packs since I love the bats. I got their mini stamper and scraper, a cuticle protector and 2 polishes! My favorite item is the nail plate: Fright Night. I didn't know that was a thing. Such noob.

There were a couple great ones. Some got smudged. It will be easier next time!

My favorite ones are the ghosts and bats. I wanted to use some other patterns but I didn't have the right polish for it. I even attempted using a red on the trick or teat nail but it was too thin to show up. I tested my top coat on the cat and turns out I need something else to use since it smeared.

Have you heard of Maniology? Where do you get your nail supplies from?

Cute Finds: Retrolicious

I really love the colors in this one and it doesn't look too busy.

I originally saw this on Ashley's IG and fell in love. This is on my wishlist!

This was my favorite colorful pattern but it's only available in size small. No idea if they will do a restock though.

I just binge-watched the whole movies so I'm really liking this dress haha

One day I'll own a dress full of lemons!

Available in a crop top here.

What's your favorite? Retrolicious has a lot more cute patterns and even Halloween styles!

Fitness: BBG Month 3

The final week of BBG has been complete! I'm still fluctuating slightly due to my goal of sustaining but I'm down about 13-14lbs. I'm ready to move forward and try out BBG 2 for the first time. I don't have any particular goals yet since I'm not sure how my body will react to that program.

Start 6/3/2018:
Weight: 132lbs
Bust: 36"
Waist: 29"
Butt: 37"
Stomach: 34"

Complete 9/23/2018:
Weight: 118-119lbs
Bust: 34"
Waist: 27"
Butt: 37"
Stomach: 30-31"

I also lost 2.5" from my thighs, 1" from my bicep and 1.5" from my underbust.

This sports bra had a somewhat snug band. I wasn't able to adjust the front much to get the band in the back to be parallel. Any tight bands would squeeze and give me those inevitable rolls. This finally fit better after losing 2 inches from my bust.

Same dress - 2 months difference

This dress wasn't flattering because the material was so thin and clingy. Any bloat was highlighted, the belly button would pop through the material and the draping was bad. I was curious to see if there was any difference by the end of my program. It doesn't look too bad now but I still wouldn't recommend ordering from Boohoo lol.

I'm planning to continue doing everything that I can at home. I ordered a barbell from Walmart here (on sale!) since there are barbell squats and deadlifts. In the future, I'll also like to lift heavier so I'll do whatever I can safely at home.

I'll do monthly progress updates with hopefully better image quality. I'm still reorganizing my room and replacing a few things.

Feel free to email me if you're interested in BBG 1 and/or BBG 2.

Fitness: BBG Month 2

There were some struggles this month since I wasn't feeling up to exercise. Instead of working out every single day, I did take 1-2 days off as rest breaks and fit the workouts in my own schedule. The motivation was starting to die down since I'm already so close to my old fit weight. I eased back on the strict healthy eating since I mostly wanted to do it for a headstart!

Counting calories eventually slowed down. I'll usually just log in some things to get an estimate for my protein intake but I stuck with intuitive eating. I managed to get the flu and I took a week off for recovery. It was so difficult to get back into a routine because I felt so weak.

The routines were okay until Week 6 (full body) happened! It was super intense since I decided to increase my weights by 3-5lbs. I'm noticing an improvement with arm strength! I'm able to do 3x as many reps in one go instead of doing low reps and mini breaks. Week 8's Legs & Cardio routine actually made my legs too sore for about 3 days. Of course, Week 9 starts with a leg day so that's nice... -_-

Start 6/3/2018:
Heaviest weight: 132lbs
Bust: 36"
Waist: 29"
Butt: 37"
Stomach: 34"

Pre-training 6/18/2018:
Weight: 124-125lbs
Bust: 36"
Waist: 28"
Butt: 36"
Stomach: 31.5"

Month 1 7/17/2018:
Weight: 122 lbs
Bust: 35"
Waist: 27.5"
Butt: 37.5"
Stomach: 31"

Month 2 8/21/2018:
Weight: 118-119lbs
Bust: 34.5"
Waist: 27"
Butt: 36"
Stomach: 30"

I maintained my hip measurement for 3 months but now I lost an inch. It's interesting to document all of these changes. I temporarily had booty gains last month and now it's gone!

Equipment used:

CAP 15lbs dumbbells
Kettlebell 20lbs

I'm still using the exercise bike. Sometimes I rode for 45-90 minutes. I would average 12 "miles" within 45 minutes.

Favorite Gothic Rings

Valencia is my top favorite ring ever. I was tempted to buy it for myself at one point even though it's marketed as an engagement ring lol. I love the white gold the most with the black rhodium bat. There's another one within the same price range and it's rose gold.

This is another ring from Sapphire Studios! I originally saw Prism first on Facebook. It's a Sailor Moon styled ring. I think it looks best as white/yellow gold or white/rose gold. I do find the full white gold pretty but the extra color really makes the details stand out.

I randomly came across this Emerald Bat Ring and love it. It's more on the affordable end when comparing to the above rings. This one is made to order due to the details that need hand sculpting.

I love this purple and black ring from Alien Forms Jewelry. It's also availabe in other gemstones.

This blood red garnet ring has 4 skulls surrounding the stone. It's from the shop KIPKALINKA. It looks pretty from all angles. Sometimes rings that have skulls on it look too bulky. It also has various stone shapes and colors available!

"Till Death do us Part" ring has a black stone being held by skeleton fingers. The metail is available in white gold, rose gold and yellow gold!

Vidar Boutique has so many flower engagement rings with different band styles and various color combinations. This ring has a more simple band compared to the others. Some of the leaf designs are very detailed.. This shop has lots of rose gold options!

Another unique bat ring! This one is called Nocturne. It's a made to order item so you can choose the metal, finish and gemstones. Both bat heads have a stone in the mouth too.

Vegan Goth Bags & Wallets

Here are my favorite finds for black, goth inspired bags and wallets!

I've never been a fan of those tiny backpacks so this really appeals to me. It's not super huge and the size still makes it more portable than lugging around a beast on your back. I'm really drawn to the lace!

Black and purple with a batwing design? YES. This clutch has a built-in makeup mirror and a large interior compartment. It has a removable strap as well as a back zipper compartment.

Avelina De Moray offers "Lay-Buy" for her international customers (like the US) and you can split payments across 2 months. Below is another product from her website:

This item is on my wishlist right now. The second round for preorders has started and it will go into production after hitting 75 preorders. A change that isn't pictured is the interior zipper's color will be black. I love the variety of materials used. It has PU leather, matte leather, and black velvet. My favorite part is on the inside. It's lined with red suede leather, has a photo ID section, many card slots and a zipper portion for coins.

The shape of the bag is cute. It has that coin purse clasp at top. It has moon shaped hardware and a black bow at the top. This comes with a detachable strap.

This has multiple compartments for cards and cash. It's all black and has a classic shape. The only hardware would be the heart in the center and the studs.

This bag is 8.2 by 5.9 inches. You can choose to order it with a chain, strap or both. In order to maintain the design of the bag, the closure flap has velcro. If you don't want velcro, apparently you could contact them about it.

Chandeliers and Spiders Handbag
The colored fabric on the bag is made of cotton. The rest of the bag has vinyl and the interior is black cotton. It has pockets on the side and a zippered pocket inside. I like the diamond rivets to secure the handles in.
